OfferPay Privacy Policy

This application is operated by SaaSifly Technologies Pvt Ltd ("SaaSifly", "we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the OfferPay mobile application ("OfferPay" or the "App").

Summary: OfferPay lets users earn in-app loyalty points by completing surveys, offers, games, and other tasks from third-party partners. These points can be redeemed for rewards such as UPI transfers, mobile recharges, and eligible gift cards where available. We collect account, device, and usage data to operate the app, show offers, prevent fraud, and process redemptions. All data is encrypted in transit. You control your data and may delete your account at any time. OfferPay is not a bank, lender, or provider of cash loans or credit.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Email address, username, and optional avatar collected via Firebase Authentication (Email/Google/Facebook), and basic profile details you provide in the app.
• Personal information for rewards: Payout or redemption details needed to fulfill rewards. This includes your UPI ID (Unified Payments Interface), mobile number for recharges, or email address for digital gift cards. We collect this solely to process and verify redemption requests. We do not request or store credit card numbers or full bank account login details inside the app.
• Device & identifiers: Android Advertising ID (or similar ad identifier), IP address, device model, OS version, app version, language, locale, and country/region (for eligibility, analytics, and fraud prevention).
• Usage & diagnostics: Session events, feature usage, crashes, error logs, and interactions with ads, surveys, and offerwalls (impressions, clicks, completions), collected via Firebase and analytics/mediation SDKs.
• Transactional & financial-related data: Offer completions, in-app wallet balances (coins/gems/tickets), reward history, redemption requests, and payout status (pending/approved/rejected). This information is treated as "other financial info" and "user payment info" under Google Play policies because it relates to your reward balance and payout activity, even though we do not provide cash loans or traditional banking.

Note: We do not collect or process your SMS/MMS content, phone call audio, or your contact list.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate you and manage your OfferPay account.
• Display relevant surveys, offers, and tasks, and verify completion with third-party partners.
• Award and track in-app loyalty points and process redemptions (e.g., UPI transfers, gift cards, and codes). We do not provide cash withdrawals for gambling, personal loans, or credit lines.
• Protect against fraud, duplicate accounts, fake traffic, VPN/emulator abuse, and other misuse.
• Measure performance, improve app stability and user experience, and debug technical issues.
• Communicate support responses, important updates, and changes to our terms or policies.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform (e.g., Google Play) policies.

3. Third-Party Providers

We integrate ad, offerwall, survey, and analytics providers who may receive limited device identifiers, app usage, and coarse location signals to deliver, personalize (where permitted), and verify offers and ads. We require our third-party SDK providers (Offerwall, Survey, Ad, Analytics) to comply with Google Play Developer Policies and not sell personal and sensitive user data collected from this app. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies:

4. Legal Basis & Consent

Where required (for example, in the EEA/UK), we request consent for personalized ads and measurement, and we delay the initialization of non-essential ad/analytics SDKs until consent is given. Our legal bases include:

• Consent (e.g., personalized ads/analytics where required).
• Performance of a contract (providing and operating the OfferPay app and its reward features).
• Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, app security, service improvement, and basic analytics).

5. Sharing & Transfers

We share your data only as needed to operate OfferPay, such as with:

• Survey and offerwall partners to verify task completion and reward eligibility.
• Redemption and payout partners (e.g., UPI service providers, recharge APIs, gift card issuers) to fulfill your redemption requests.
• Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support, security).

Data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to help protect your information.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. When you request account deletion, we aim to remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA and Similar Laws)

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal limitations.
• Withdraw consent for ads/analytics where processing is based on consent.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Request a portable copy of your data in a commonly used format.

8. Children's Privacy

OfferPay is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, restricted access controls, and industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS) to help protect your data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials safe.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your OfferPay account at any time via: https://offerpay.online/app/account-deletion. After verifying your request, we will erase personal data and related records within approximately 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

11. Virtual Currency and Redemptions

Our app is free to play and does not offer any purchase of virtual currency using real money. Virtual currency ("Gems", "Tickets", or "Coins") is earned solely through gameplay and task completion.

Redemptions:
When you choose to redeem your earned virtual currency for rewards (such as Gift Cards or UPI transfers), we may collect necessary payment information (such as your UPI ID, Mobile Number, or Email Address) solely for the purpose of processing your payout. This information is processed securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the reward. We maintain a record of your redemption requests ("Purchase History") to prevent fraud and ensure proper delivery of services.

12. Financial Features & Non-Banking Disclaimer

OfferPay provides a gamified loyalty and rewards program where users can earn virtual points and redeem them for digital services and payouts, subject to availability and local restrictions. We may collect and process user payment info (e.g., UPI ID, recharge details) and other financial info (e.g., wallet balances and reward transaction history) only to operate these features.

OfferPay and SaaSifly Technologies Pvt Ltd do not:

• Provide personal loans, salary advances, credit lines, BNPL/EMI services, or similar financial products.
• Assess or access your credit score with any credit bureau.
• Offer real-money gambling, wagering, or casino services.
• Operate as a bank, financial institution, or money remittance service.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, by providing an in-app notice or other communication.
